Negative value for management

Got to love this.
.23 per share in cash to the company with $.10 being returned to shareholders trading at
.14. Basically the markt is valuing management and its prospects at negative
.09 cents. Way to go management. In hindsight probably an astute valuation of their prowness.

What chances do the shareholders have for pushing for a windup rather than pursuit of another risky foray?
