Longford Energy Inc > i bought. why?
View:
Post by Teatimenow on Jan 16, 2012 3:00pm

i bought. why?

after dividend payout LFD has approx 24 to 29 million in cash. depending on how much money is left from latest 2011 PP.

so that`s 13 to 16 cents per share.

according to FT the free float is HUGE. so if noone else comes in. i will get people together and take this puppy private ;-)

offer shareholders 100% premium! and still you will have a venture company with 24million cash. the only problem here is management.

sent me a massage if you are interested in talk about taking this one private and get cash + comp.

There is no question that your ugly face is Taxdemicco.  Good luck to you on your journey to get the company out of managements hands LOOOL.  Perhaps SwissTime can help you as he plans on turning down this offer.  This company was headed to ZERO prior to this transaction
