Class Action against Said Ahlmed

Mail Ahmed S. Said and tell him you don´t vant assets in Africa, but all your 23 cents as divident. I did anyway. Mention that you are going to investigate a class action against him personally if you don´t get your 23 cent dividend.

A example of your  letter.. Mr. Ahmed S. Said, I bought shares in Longford to get a exposure towards assets in Kurdistan, that was the only reason for this investment. I demand that all 100% of the proceeds that comes from asset sale to Genel is brought back to the shareholders via dividends. I´m not interested in assets in any other part of the world and I think this alters and ...more

Aton,   My guess is that management has already contacted legal counsel about their proposed transaction and got the go ahead.    We have a few big shareholders who will do the heavy lifting for us if this isn't above board.    I still think management will come to the pressure from the bigger shareholders and be forced to return at least 15 cents home to daddy.  ...more

And likewise Schiff.  I just don't know how one could possibly manipulate a stock with such heavy volume....16 million yesterday, 8.5 million today.  To influence a stock having this kind of volume would take quite some effort.  Most stocks manipulated are very thinly traded and this one doesn't fit that bill.

Mention that you are going to investigate a class action against him personally if you don´t get your 23 cent dividend, and that he is going to ruin his and F&Ms name if they violate the rights of the shareholders. Business media and journalists will be increasingly ...more

This is what I sent -   Mr. Ahmed S. Said, I bought shares almost a year ago, by me knowing the potential in Iraq and experience there, to get a exposure towards assets in Kurdistan and potential rewards.   There was no other reason for anyone to invest in Longford but this and the belief that the block had a very leveraged potential where oil has been found before at shallow depths ...more

increasing the dividend is highly unlikely. If they are looking for a lawsuit, that would do it. They can't announce the dividend value, have 30 or 40 million shares turn over, and then increase the value.

hopeandaprayer       You sir are wrong , they can pay the dividend then close the company out , all money left returned to the stockholders

okay; that would be fine with me; I'd like .24 cents. So, they announce .10,  knowing, behind closed doors, that they can, and will raise it - a bunch of people jump ship, and tens of millions of shares sell over a period of days and weeks, based on .10 dividend and the perceived future propects. Then, after these tens of millions of shares have been sold at .13-.16 cents, they announce,  ...more

Re:: This scenario, you think, raises not regulatory concerns?   What do you call this 10 cents BS
