Hedge funds dream come true

Crazy thought...with this massive volume, I could see hedge funds buying 0.23 shares for 0.15.  They can accumulate up to 9.9%, get a couple together and then force the board to liquidate the company and collect a 45% profit. If they get enough votes to change out the board, this is a possibility. Soros is already there at 10% and I have to think they would want to cash out rather then let these team start up another venture that is forced on shareholders rather than choosen.

Thats absolute a possible scenario,  and exactly the way I should act if I were a big shareholder. Easy money. No normal person want to get into an Africa project with the F&M gangsters.

I agree. A few funds with major positions can influence the liquidation or special dividend amount.  They SHOULD be buying at $.14 to force a liquidation at $.23.  Thats a 65% return in 3 months, or a 250% annual return.  Funds should love those numbers.  If I had deeeeeeep pockets, thats what I would do.     Also, management shouldnt pitch the two separate corporate ...more
