How can they return 40% of our interest for free

Fellow shareholders, if we don't agree with managment of LFD. We vote no. But , how could they return the 40% of the working interest of the oil field , which in my opinion, belongs to the shareholders back to the Kurdistan Government  for free?  They can not return or give away something which do not belong to them to

anybody. Please think about that. The 40 % is the only asset of LFD, without it LFD= 0, and the assect belong to the company, and the shareholders owe the company, Not Ahmed Said. Please prove I am wrong.

If I am right. Rise up,  shareholders. We have been smashed on the head many times over already.

We have to come to grips, mgmt has handled this so badly that the only solution is to sell the asset. This is KRG driven as they are sick of the delays of this poorly run operation. The threat of sell or have nothing is real. Longford is so far offside in meeting both their cash requirement and minimum work obligations that they are lucky the KRG is allowing this orderly exit.
