NAV = > 20 cents Per share

$42 million minus payments to management / shares outstanding = > 20 cents per share.

However, I suspect Forbes has its eyes on a few good projects for LFD.

The new projects will add more then a few cents to LFD asset base.

I suspect investors should easy get above 20 cents out of LFD.

Regardless if you hate Forbes management, LFD has good upside.

But what a great lost opportunity LFD turned out to be. ( sickening )

I hope any future investors look hard at how this company operated with the Kurd asset.  I doubt that they will be able to add any value.  I'm not sure why you are pumping this POS, because they have shown how well they can ruin a company.  They also haven't provided any updated financials, so I bet they have burned through a couple more million as part of this process.....

Indeed a hard look at this company is absolutely essential!   LFD will net $42 million after Genel payment and amount owed to KRG is deducted. Then deduct $3.6 mil for management parachutes leaving $38.4 mil with unknown adjustments for any other amounts owing and for the cost of the Genel deal.   This equates to 21 cents per share before dividend or 11 cents per share after payment ...more
