It is a hedge fund (though they are obviously not very good at hedging, when you look at their performance). So I expect them to pack all the money from the deal into their pockets. They are not here for a lousy profit, they want it all IMHO. It is very easy to gain control over a company and its assets with just about 25% voting rights. Has been done by hedge funds in the past alot of times. But
