dividends ?

One thing I oppose very mush is the pay out in the form of dividents. We shareholders are losing money here. The company LFD  never make any money so far. How can you put  the pay out money as dividends.

We , the receivers have to pay taxes for any dividends.  Is there any gains for LFD to put it this way. For shareholders there is only more taxes to pay.  How can we protest or object to this kind of pay out arrangement?  Please post comments LFD shareholders.

if you dont want to pay tax, sell your shares one day before the dividends are distributed, and buy back the shares next day. you will be able to avoid paying tax by this way.

Thanks wolf, however I can not use this technic. Because I am losing money if I sell  I can not buy them back in 30 days to claim the loss. I am sure there are lots of shareholders who are in the same boat as me, that is,   to pay taxe on top of our loss. What a lousy investment.
