So you are not planning on getting your dime, was this not in the proxy when we voted on the sale of the asset? And if they do pay it and you sold today do you and who ever sold today get there dime,I don't see no x diveden date etc on any news releases?

The dividend has not (yet) been declared, so the date you need to hold the shares in order to get the divvy has not been set. If you sold today, you will not get the divvy.
