The BOD is still reviewing the proposal for the dividend and no final decision has been made yet.

Ha Bpultra, the tele no you posted is for the complaint against Brokers, according to the person I talked to. He gave me a Montreal Phone no. of ( A M F) 514 395-0337. which is theno. if you would file a complaint against a company you invested. I don't know any poster on this has ever tried to make a complaint against LFD! I really doubt if they could do anything. I am ...more

I had a contact for IIroc but lost the flipen number..and they did look into the last one I filed .. I sent e-mails off so will see .. but can't find the one that I knew worked

The fact is that oil and gas business is a capital intenstive business. The 10 cents dividend could as well be history because by the time they pay around $19 million on the dividends plus the around $3.8 million being paid as termination fee to management, the cash remaining to pursue any deal is less than $16 million.
