Can they do that!

The recent announcement of changing the management teams by LFD is nothing more than another scam to cream more money into their poskets. I am totally supprise we heard nothing from fund companies technically own the company. Those clowns are only employees of the company. How could they devise

such a scam to steal and chop up the whole company's coffre. ; that is paying each other millions of dollars in the form of compensation, bonuses, exobulent salaries.  Salida and other fund companies, shareholders  are the new owners of LFD. Those management people are employees only, in my eye. However they are acting if they own LFD. By the time you know it, all the  money are gone with nothing left but a piece of worthless empty office.

Maybe they can ...more

Anyone think Longford and Vast will now merge. LFD has $39MM and no property, Vast has the property but no money. The $39MM could finance the next 2 wells.

No. LFD worths 21 c and vst worths only 3.5 cents a share. If we merge one share of LFD =  6 shares of vst. Thinl about it.

WZR missed on ...more
