What if he decides not to open eny e-mail sent to him. We are wasting our  time. Or  if we call,  he might refuse  to take the call. The only way is to bring those guys to court. It was written in black and white 10 cents dividend to be paid out to shareholders as a form of dividends. You can not have anything better to hold them responsible than that.

It was written in black and white 10 cents dividend to be paid out to shareholders as a form of dividends.   You forgot there were weasel words in the news release. They said it was their intention to pay a 10 cent dividend, not that they would pay the dividend.
