the news releases say the money is "payable" and other things like "will receive". it does NOT say "was paid and recieved". Does this mean that we have an account recieveable from genel, or did we get the cash already? One is cash in our bank account the other is a piece of paper promising to pay us - but may take lawyers to actually get paid. Who
