Very interesting that Mr Said mentions Salida Capital by name.  Hopefully they have something bigger than management payouts in mind....  amazing they'd watch their 15-17 cent investment at 10 cents and be okay with that. I was on Salida\s website.  They had a great record from inception in 2001, but crashed in 2008, recovered really well, and then down like 60% in the past year ...more

Stan Bharti is getting paid $2.362 million for termination of his agreement with the company!!!!! I pray the god that he spends this money in a hospital.

I have said in the past Salida must have other intentions, I was told by many people that Salida wants to liquidate the company, looks like they have different plan now. What is it going to be?  Gold and potash?  You just can't trust these people, they change their mind like they change their shoe. If you want bargain, there are tons of bargain out there, like uranium................ ...more

The company will do what Salida wants , that includes in my opinion liquidating LFD and my guess that is what they will do   JMHO

farm...  it clearly is stated in the FP article that Mr Said said that Salida does not want the dividend, so obviously they dont want liquidation as we might.  I have heard this also from another source. I am hopeful Salida knows something positive we don't.  But LFD will do whatever Stan Bharti and F&M tell the  BOD to do, as the board is owned and controled by F&M ...more

Salida suprises me that they dont want a dividend, or liquidation.   Their funds are just about done and they should be liquated. they suck as money managers..
