F&M

I will be sending a message to F&M just to make it clear that I will be avoiding their group in future. They may not care but if retail investors won't touch their stocks it might make an impression.

Mouton, I am not sure that will work for those guys. They might not care for someone who neglect their stocks. There are millions of suckers out there who would fall into their traps. The only way as I see it is to get some watchdog or lawyer involved to force them to do something. Class action suit might be one of the ways. As shareholders I am all for it. having gone through the filings and I am sure this has been discussed, but  the change of control is a good one.   management is still there but the company is down 3 million ..   How much cash do they really have right now, and how long before they find other ways to raid the piggybank...

dreamer05  - you say no actions are taken -  Have you filed your complaint to the OSC as I and othDrers have?  If not , look at my post on how to file and do so. Have you contacted the press as I and others have?  Look at the Financial Post article and see if you can follow up. well as small fish we can do all these things but the chance of it changing anything materially is small.  Nice to see some publicity though that mgmt would not want.  I do think that helps to moderate behavour in the in the future but that doesnt help us. But the big fish can afford to mount a proxy fight, and happy to see that they have.  This must be a huge embarrassment to F& ...more
