Sherrit in Cuba

Is the new big man same as one who did work in Cuba, believe with Sherritt.  US didn't like companies helping Cuba get ahead back then.  

If this is the same person, then, at least someone who has been around the block a few times and can get results.  However, with an empty bank account, save for the small dividend account in escrow for shareholders, upside could appear to be a tall mountain to climb.
