I saw that as well, but nothing since?

This looks like a cross trade between 2 trading houses.  13 millios shares changed hands. They must know something we don't now. Hopefully it is a good sign.  I still hoe  for the dividend 10 c pay out to shareholders.Forget thos unknown future projects. By the time you know it all the money are gone, to the stomachs of those directors.

Dividend of 10 cents won't happen. What should they do with the remaining money? 'Those directors' own a huge part of the company. They would digest themselves if they took all the money. They will announce a deal or a merger soon or the whole company will be dissolved. I would bet on the deal/merger solution.

Block of that size usually means a deal is coming so insiders are positioning themselves. Has anyone calculated the cash breakup value as yet ?
