Why lfd worths only 24 million

How they came up with this figure that LFD worths only 24 millions and Urthecast worths 64 millions.

I know lfd has the cash equivalency after selling its 40 % holding last year. Why Urthecast worths 2.5 times as lfd. What they have is an idea to place some camera on the Russian satelite. Have shareholders thought

about that? An equal partnership would be more than fair. What a bunch of idiots! It might as well liquidate

the comapany and get more money for shareholders. True it might turn out to be a gold mine 10 years from

now. Who knows? However we shareholders are sitting ducks at this moment. Our shares are further diluted

into 1 for 15. What kind of increase ahreholders you are talking about. And for popeye we are not whinning

as you keep on saying, we are voicing our concern as a sucker again.

I think that you need to do a little research. First of all understand that Ian Delaney, the new chairman, is a major mover on Bay Street click https://www.theglobeandmail.com/report-on-business/careers/careers-leadership/why-ian-delaney-the-smiling-barracuda-of-bay-street-is-moving-on/article4201793/ .  I actually think its a good acquisition especially looking at the margins of DGI in the US. I think the issue here is do they have enough capital to handle the web traffic immediately without downtime and successfully implement their profit model.  I do have my doubts the amount of cash recieved is chicken feed for the inital capital requirement here. If you are unable to fulfill   ...more

Please explain why returning shareholders money at a significant premium was a bad deal.

The only money they are going to get is from u n me brother.....(assuming like me u r a bagholding lfd shareholder) and the upcoming dog and pony shows to lure in some fresh doughboys. Not sayin this is a bad thing...its what venture  capital is all about..its why we bought into lfd in the first place...just saying lets keep r eyes open as to what is going on here... Willy, talking about buying into venture capital lfd, we , the majority shareholders were not off to bet on lfd. The fact that Genel was willing to buy us out proved oil is there. Except the  money we received from Genel was not distributed back to shareholders but rather went to the pockets of those crooked directors and Said. What I wanted to say is, the leftover money should be shared by ...more
