A lousy deal for LFD

Lfd worths 24 millions, UrtheCast 63, reversed split 15 to 1, further issuing of shares, more diluting LFD. This deal favour Urthecast more than lfd shareholdes, and down the road it might take couple of years to see if the new company makes it. Please think it over before you vote yes. We voted yes last time and this time it is a no for me.

Why the management agree to this deal? I can't imagine they want this deal to lose money. Is there a conflict of interest in here that I don't know? Do they see something that they really like?

I tell you why. Those management put the interest for themselves so that they can keep on receiving huge salary and benefits for themselves down the road while the equity of shareholders are diminishing erveyday. They careless for the value of lfd shareholders. If the deal was not made they have to return all the cash to shareholders and that is the last thing they want. The same goes for ...more
