Publicly traded company can't have shares in the treasury, they can issue them if governing body at the TSX approve  application for it.
I'm sure you remember, sometimes ago Namaste  was buying back shares and those were cancel.

I'd like to see a link for this or it's another lie. N bought back and cancelled shares???  Don't think so. If they did, another stupid move. Was it before or after all the fraud and lawsuits? And at what prices/ share counts?
