shares cost $0.32 so if Andy W. wants to buy shares then it will be dilution. He still have to pay $0.32
But if Namaste wants to pay him his salary they would have to sell shares for $0.21 so it's not that bad or I would say this is very good solution.
Keep in mind if they have shares they will want stock price go up.

When you have lots of money... selling shares at .20 cents or .50 cents won't make or break the big. Free money is better then nothing. That's my opinion why I feel they aren't in a rush to promote this company or why they aren't worried about the share price. They get paid hefty salaries, and get compensated shares: win win for them, lose lose for us.
