Q3 financials - 10% profit margin? $6M in expenses?  Do the math...  i can almost guarantee you don't see breakeven before at least one if not two more rounds of financing.  $10M gross proceeds, doesn't say if they are paying Canaccord in cash or units so it could be closer to $9M
