I think he already posted that the debt was converted, N owns like 46% and he is suing them for $12M.

Maybe a loose cannon but a better ceo than some...  N's blew this deal up when it could have helped them. Then walked away from the board without naming a replacement.  I'm sure he's a great programmer but a hurrendous CEO.

I think smart move on their part for not accepting a product that didnt meet their specs.. Sndl has taken on that liability now. If it works out..N makes money either way. Ranting on public forums does not bode well for a "CEO" just my opinion.
