Lying Lhama says no debt (see highlighted below).  However Page 3 of the Q2 Interim Financial Statements indicates $9,419,541 (copy and pasted) in Liabilities.  My guess is that Q3 shows an further increase in liabilities as well as significant decrease in cash.   Lhama, are you a pathological liar or are you just really, really, really, really daft?  I'm 100
