Dude.... that was 3 years ago.  Why bring this up to noone who has any skin in that old game.   That was a time of short attacks and - this situation was dealt with.

Besides Andrew Lfft and Citron have sice moved on to other companies to discredit and sell his 'reports' about.   Shorting is a viabl;e process, but when you establish a mechanism to deflate value while shorting, its certainly questionable.

it was a simple question from the last time management was deceitfully managing the company. For those who didn't participate at that time maybe you'll get a chance with (if*) the next one :)

All that happened under previous CEO and part of the reason there was a change.  I was never a real fan of Sean and his parties. Come on.  your first post offered no clarity or time reference.  The issue was valid.  It was dealt with and the class action was the result.  It just kind of looks like fear mongering if you don't preface the statement with the language you ...more
