I dont know, but being "allowed" to trade between 6.5 - 9 cents "until" something is done with with the completion of the LABS deal sounds like manipulation to me.  Especially since LABS is being paid in the form of shares. 

So if this is truely the case and someone or some entity, IS holding the SP at shuch low levels in order for LABS to gain more shares in the form of their payments, that sounds like grounds for an investigation of some sort doesnt it ?.....None of that can be legal, can it ?? 

On the other hand, maybe the stock price is so low because that is where it deserves to be ??

Oh well, You make your choice on why we sit at 6.5 cents today..... teatering on 6 cents.
