Why management waited so long for reverse split, they should do it when the share price that was $.10 or 20. Second thing ,why Board of Directors don't buy shares. Think about it when you vote.

Because management is garbage..every initiative in their history has failed. Now they are winding down the business, trying to suck out every last cent they can before the end. The ONLY bright side is that you deserve to lose everything after all your lies, so we have that to look forward to :) Your 99% loss about to become 100....good job for 4 years lol.
