Thanks to Meni Morim you got lots of money from Namste.
You don't have to repay that money, partially  because Meni Morim quit from board of directors of Choklat.
Now you want to be CEO of company where Meni Morim is  one of  Directors.
How come you're friends ? You would be working together?
Seems to shareholder of Namaste that you guys been in some sort of collusion.

Deal was brokered by Darren Gill before Meni became CEO.  He just signed the papers. I never met Meni until several months after the deal closed. I owned 100% of Choklat before Lifeist bought their percentage FROM ME.  Instead of putting that money in my pocket (which I should have) i altruistically put it back into the company where it benefitted both of us as shareholders.
