In February I was given the opportunity to cross examine CannMart's 'Lawyer On Record', Aron Taylor of Maurice Law on the Affidavit of Records that Meni Perjured.

It was recorded and a transcript is available.  

There were no less than 3 lawyers in the room sitting directly across from me.  Pretty intimidating as I was by myself and had never cross examined anyone before.  

After I established that Mr Taylor was intimitely familiar with the lawsuit and he, according to the AB Rules of Court had prepared the AOR to the best of his ability, I asked him just one question for each of CannMart's EIGHTEEN allegations:

"With respect to allegation number x can you please point out at least one document in the AOR that supports allegation x?"

OUT OF MORE THAN 300 EXHIBITS HE WAS UNABLE TO POINT OUT A SINGLE ONE.

NOT.  ONE.

I filed a complaint with the Alberta Law Society and 10 days later he removed himself as the Lawyer On Record.

True and documented story.

So you know that it was worthless and frivolous lawsuit against you and your company. I know it, Meni Morim knows it and lawyers involved know it  too. Don't you think the lawsuit 's a cover-up for lack of management skills or corruption on Lfst/Namaste's BoD side?

I can't comment with respect to corruption on a BOD level.  However in an email to Brandon Spikes a few months ago he replied by saying that he believed what Meni was telling him.   That being said, with respect to corruption and unethical activity, I can DEFINITELY point fingers at Meni Morim.   On May 8th 2020 Meni was a Director of my company. If you cannot comment on Corruption on a BOD level, you can at least acknowledge pure incompentence on their part, it seems an easy out to just say "I believed what Meni was telling me" especially that it was someone he was in direct relation to running a company together.    Are you saying Meni was conning everyone by himself ?? I also need to question your motives as to why

Yes you're right it happened long time ago but it's still in the courts. I think Bradis  saying true how all it ithappened. Meni Morim put too much money in Brad Churchill's company and didn't have control of spendings. My problem is why Meni Morim quit from Chokolat's Board of Directors,was it incompetence and  arrogancy? Couldn't he appoint replacement if he was
