MORE LIFEIST FRAUD....
Lifeist lawyers and promoter on various forums have been claiming that Lifeist owns shares in my company.
According to their SEDAR financial statements they don't! Maybe this is a good day for me!!!
Here is a link to page 9 and 10 of their SEDAR filings which shows a table of all subsidiaries, associates (like my company) and ownership percentages of each.
So... It appears that I now own 100% of my company and Lifeist has nothing! After all they have a duty to disclose their ownership percentages in all subsidiaries and associates.
I think I'll go out to celebrate.

I'll also be sure to provide this to the Crown Prosecutor if Lifeist makes another peep about owning any equity in my company.
