I think that raise is only the beginning....this company needs more money...not sure how that works out

Agree.  I am not so sure about a viable mining project here but put that aside and say there is one.....There are some enormous costs that would be consistent to move this forward with studies, permits then actual construction.  They diluted more then 55% of their share base just to raise that most recent funding that will last only 6-9 months AND does not even start to get in to the BIG

Great at what?  Extensive touring/vacation of Europe, NY and South Africa under the guise of 'work and promotion'  ???  Super amazing meals, hotel rooms in zurich, london, etc etc.  Brief power point presentation and perhaps a few 'meetings' with people who are not really vetted and are very unlikely to turn in to bonafide solid large block holders of the stock
