how the hell does it trade 403,000 on the TSX and 15,000 on the OTC? It's absurd.

Because most of buying was just a director buying shares. This is why it dropped at end of day. This stock needs institutional buyers to keep price up. I don't think they can release news with insider buying. Let's see what happens tomorrow but looking for $0.90's again.
