Initial cash 109 million. Properties are Nat gas weighted
May be over priced until they drill up oil prospects on these lands  expect share consolidation within 6 months....as per Spartan Delta past playbook.

Having been on SH for more than 15 years, I realize that I'm a bit of a cynic. In that regard,  your first post on LGN informs us that you've sold (not that any of us are interested if indeed you were a shareholder) and is quickly followed by a second calling LGN overpriced. Forgive me if I apply a grain of salt to your comments. GLTA

People miss the big picture. The entire reason LGN is at $1.20 today is because Eight Capital started bidding the share price up at $0.75. I initially thought LGN should be priced at 50 cents and was resentful when I saw EC bidding at 75 cents pushing the price way above my buy zone.
