Investment Grade

Although nowadays I generally stick to dividend payors, I have owned this one since the spin out from Spartan Delta.  Having been an investor in oil and gas for 30+ years, I am very, very impressed with the landholdings LGN has acquired and I consider this one a no brainer which is really flying under the radar.  Haha lately, in addition to my base holdings, I have been buying away monthly using my dividends and I now have a sizeable investment in LGN, probably much bigger than I should.  I am confident that the current targets for LGN will easily be surpassed once these landholdings get developed over the next year or two.  Good luck to all.

I'm long also, been in Calgary oil gast 50 yrears so am a bit overly negative on the junior/midco pump/dump/reissue option type companies with mgmnt that renames the same game perennially.....you've got to be nimble to make much/anything competing there..ie Kelt, which i've now sold and redeployed here. The Gran tierra deal implies premier use of capital,JV strategy and overall  ...more

there are 64 million share purchase warrants @ .35 expiring in July 2028. I think that any SP appreciation will be hit with these warrants being exercised and the shares sold at market. Problem? Rico

Valid point. Imo it depends upon how the company deploys capital,grows its base production and Joint ventures on infrastructure/marketing  Mgmnt promoting while selling is never good optics. When objectives are met, often Insiders realise the benefit of holding vs Exec's repeatedly selling large blocks seemingly timing market highs, i get that lower level staff often have less monetary ...more
