I checked my TD account. First time I bought shares:

12/9/2014. Over 6 years. My patience is gone. I made a lot of mistakes and had a lot of opportunity to trade this stock and make a profit. I don't care about excuses anymore. This is exactly why you don't get married to a stock. When I think of the opportunity cost that I incurred from buying and holding, it makes me sick. A costly lesson indeed.

I think it is only natural to fall in love with a stock simply because of promised riches & our greed ….yes I have the same problem. Bought LIO last year and sold at high just few weeks after….mostly luck but also because I got a very wishy washy response from the company about future plans. I’m not a parasitic day trader but I did get back in because there was a hint of an actual plan of ...more

If I’m not mistaken, I got in 2016 and the blue-sky potential is keeping here. Soon 6 drills and having hit one of the best drill results in the industry last year have kept my enthusiasm high.  That said, if I don’t see a concrete plan to start the mine by the end of this quarter, I will move a portion of my holding onto mid-tier producers.  It’s starting to sound like group therapy ...more
