warrants

I can't find the price and number of the warrants to be exercised on august 19th; does someone know?

The warrantes are in two tranches and have exercise prices of $2.35 (6.8 million shares) and $2.75 (4.1 million shares).  Neither set will be exercised so 10.8 million warrants will expire. A warrant gives a buyer the option, but not the obligation to buy additional shares at a set price.  These shares were issued with warrants at $2.35 and $2.75 Canadian.  With the current share price at $1.10, it is much cheaper to buy shares on open market, so these warrants will expire worthless, no one will execute them.  If stock was at $3, it would make sense as you could buy ...more
