Giving the company away!! Horrible mgt. Massive dilution at

10% below the 52 week low.. They have released good drilling results lately but the price
has dropped like a rock due to this horrible financing deal. Evidently thety had a very hard
time convincing anyone that they have a veryt good prospect in Fiji based on the deal they
ended up with. Really, really disappointing.  If they really had a good story this should have
been priced at double what they priced it at( 58 cents share USD). Evidently things are not
looking that good for them in Fiji or they could have convinced someone to pay up. If they
really had something they could get a major interested and sell off 10% at a decent price.
Ugly and getting uglier. Small shareholder gets the shaft.  More low priced options for mgt.!!!

So lets raise money at a 3 year low with heavy dilution.  Total wipeout of shareholder value. But again  what is most concerning is they must not have enough data to convince anyone in the ...more

it has nothing to do with the project or it's prospectivity unless you've tried to raise capital in a collapsing gold environment you have no idea how hard it is to convince investors to put down their money. Be thankful it wasn't a full warrant and be thankful they got their money. Many juniors won't and will be going under in the next 12 months
