I expect Walt Berukoff won't sell until he's got production running reliably and profitably at 500 tpd. I'd additionally guess he'd want to mount some drill campaigns elsewhere in the caldera, to demonstrate that a buyer is getting a lot more than just the deposits near and beneath the current underground works.
