Anyone know anything about this. As I follow all developments on the Island. I noticed something strange  that I stumbled upon. It appears for some reason LLO ASX Lion One in Australia is not trading.

Past financings diluted the stock too much and broke ASX rules.

The exact reason is LIO was actually suspended in Feb 2024 by ASX until compliance under Rule 7.1, not just halted. Something about issuing too many shares without shareholders' approval. If it's not trading I guess the order is still in place.

Note the date of the initial communication with ASX and refere the february sequence in Canada. eom
