They just can't help themselves.

They drive dilution like its the right decision.  They obviously have no confidence in the future mines cash flow...as they will take money and dilute at any price....next stop penny stock hell.

Yeah that balloon payment looks pretty threatening. That might be the biggest reason the market is afraid to buy this aside from the surprise financings.  Btw, I'm the LIFE document for the recent financing, there's a nice little blurb about the company won't close the deal unless it reasonably assumes it will meet its business objectives and liquidity requirments for the next ...more

this is a pre-operational entity - it's source of oxygen comes therefor from financings - that is not a complicated concept. the hard part is pegging when the company flips to internal financing. The side car deal suggests to me that the switch is sooner than later
