It's all moot I know but have to say they flouted ASX regulations with the feb24 pp and then did it again in July. They had no intention of making good the ASX regulation so one can see why they were resolutely delisted by ASX rather than ASX accept LIO's request to voluntary delist. Such behaviour on an Exchange is not beftting an Exec with any moral compass, the Chess depositary receipts ...more

Press release said delisting was in the "best of shareholder interest". When was that a concern? Ha Ha RD

the ASX listing was a waste of cash - nice to see the curtailment of some costs - so yeah, definitely a positive.
