stock tanked  now?   what do they really have anyways  ?

The run up probably spooked them so they disclosed what they had, which was initial discussions of a deal

Agree with you. Hold on long and strong. As the company said that someone is interested in their South American projects, although it is preliminary, but the talk has started. There is smoke, there would be fire! tiger

Not sure why it was halted ? Any offer should stay with the board and if it's worth considering the stock stays halted until a review is completed with Advisers. No number or details given so I doubt that the offer was worth considering and the market reacted accordingly.
