Number of shares: 11,696,669 shares

Purchase price: 15 cents per share

Then BAM next month..

10,825,000 shares at a price of 30 cents per share for gross proceeds of $3,247,500. The common shares issued pursuant to the private placement are subject to a four-month hold period expiring April 25, 2016.

But no one will be selling. #SaidEveryHoweStPromoter

You should think twice before making such affirmations. My opinion is that previous private placement were non-brokered and were sold to insiders and long term investors like Frank Giustra and to many institutions. The Market is aware of these facts.
