Yeah, I got a little taste around $2.45. May buy more if it heads below $2.33. Even if the deal doesn't go through, we still own a Giustra company. To my mind the market is pricing in the risk of the Chinese buyout being quashed by regulators or otherwise falling through. Good luck!

And the risk of key shareholders such as AAB ... voting NO ... i believe AAB owns 20%., much more than ownership. So what they think of this offer is actually more important than management. There's a flip / upside scenario here too ... a better offer from one of the real Li players such as SQM or Abermale could surface. This should b a very real possibility.
