I agree. The time has come to replace Messrs. Gilles Gingras , Franois Laurin and Guy Chamard (collectively, the "Incumbent Directors"), who are responsible for the failed strategy which drove the poor performance of Mason's shares during the last three years. Il est plus que temps que Mason Graphite se debarasse de tous ces incapables au conseil d'administration. Ces derniers ne sont pas representatifs et se remplissent les poches au detriment des actionnaires investisseurs.

Je n'ai plus d'actions de Mason, mais j'en ai eu pendant longtemps et je continue suivre ce qui se passe par curiosite. Selon moi, la mauvaise nouvelle c'est qu'il ne se passera probablement rien de significatif avant le remplacement du conseil d'administration. La bonne nouvelle c'est que si les changements proposs vont de l'avant, le projet va debloquer et le

Had the previous management made the right decisions, this thing would be trading closer to $1 in todays market.  Hopefully the new kids on the block can get this back on track.
