Also, in the same spirit :  General Motors will build a new factory in Quebec, Canada, as part of a joint venture with a South Korean chemical maker that will be key to Michigan's future building electric vehicles.

Lots going on with setting up Quebec as being a major hub for battery manufacturing.  LLG need to come out with some news to show that they are still active and involved.  New management seem to be just as silent as the previous actors.
