This is a penny stock with light trading most days and therefore highly volatile and can swing easily with just a few dollars traded. As far as the actual fundamentals of the company there's plenty of info you can find with a little research.  The Black Swan deal is an investment they're hoping to use to raise additional operating capital to keep the lights on and the company a going ...more
