Has Mason Resources Inc become a has been?

Look at the charts, their QRs and what about news releases? Lots of maneuvering but nothing that could generate shareholder value. What are those on the BOD waiting for to generate shareholder value? Maybe they are waiting for their retirement nest eggs to be full before they call it quits? IMO.
