Significant corporate news / direction for LME... I'd wager that after the voter cutoff date of august 19, we might see some very important news released ahead of the AGM to be voted on, whether it's direction of the company, buyout, etc. 

all I can say is, if you are on the fence, based on the news today and the recent SEDAR filing, you should own all the shares you want by mid august.

Thanks James for your perceptive insights. Frankly, given the overwelming control of the company by the inside group, it is hard for me to imagine that they would need or want to have a vote regarding the "direction of the company" or anything other than a buyout. In the case of a buyout, formal shareholder vote is likely legally mandated, even though outcome may be a forgone conclusion ...more

I second this. I've asked a number of people what else a junior mining company would have shareholders "vote" on when the owner and husband own majority (and one other I believe?). I too came to the same conclusion, legally mandated for a buyout. Or if it's not legally mandated, perhaps an interest gainer to boost the price.
