Press releases before AGM

We should have at least one PR Monday or Tuesday but is a trading halt required right before the AGM?

Obviously if they're going to announce a buyout it would but I'm not expecting that anyway   But, what about the 43-101 or institution initiating coverage? OR the announcement of the estimated reserves increasing to 12-15 million ounces!?

If not halted I will have my other computer at the ready to transfer the max out my line if something big breaks.

The reason for the halt in trading was not that there was any odd trading, but that they obviously thought that something was going to come out which would materially impact the price. However, it did not. I see there was a ...more

Tuscanybound is correct that LME has halted their stock once in the past and for a specific news release that they deemed substantial enough to warrant a1 hour delay in opening trading. Not a potential buyout Coles notes as follows 3.90 g/t Gold, 6.46 g/t Silver, 0.25 % Copper, 0.40 % Zinc over 70.65 m High grade interval assayed 48.69 g/t Gold, 35.98 g/t Silver, 1.14 % Copper over 5.40 m ...more
